Our Lady of Medjugorje - monthly messages - Year 2004
The visionaries testify that Vicka, Marija and Ivan continue to have daily apparitions, and Mirjana, Ivanka and Jakov each have an annual apparition (although Mirjana is now having frequent apparitions on the 2nd of the month). On the 25th of each month, Our Lady appears to the visionary Marija to give us Her message to the world. (links are external)

Our Lady has regularly said the messages are for each one of us individually so try to read them as if your own name was there; "Dear .........." - it can makes the messages so much more personal.

Annual Apparition to Jakov on December 25th 2004

At the last daily apparition to Jakov Colo on September 12th, 1998, Our Lady told him he would continue to have one apparition every year on Christmas Day.  This year's apparition began at 2:30 pm and lasted 7 minutes. Our Lady gave the following message:

"Dear children! Today, on a day of grace, with little Jesus in my arms, in a special way I call you to open your hearts and to start to pray. Little children, ask Jesus to be born in each of your hearts and to begin to rule in your lives. Pray to Him for the grace to be able to recognize Him always and in every person. Little children, ask Jesus for love, because only with God's love can you love God and all people. I carry you all in my heart and give you my Motherly blessing."

December 25, 2004 "Dear children! With great joy, also today I carry my Son Jesus in my arms to you; He blesses you and calls you to peace. Pray, little children, and be courageous witnesses of Good News in every situation. Only in this way will God bless you and give you everything you ask of Him in faith. I am with you as long as the Almighty permits me. I intercede for each of you with great love. Thank you for having responded to my call."

Mirjana's 2nd December apparition

On December 2nd,  the visionary Mirjana received her (2nd day of the month) apparition under the green tent of the Cenacle, in Medjugorje. For years, Our Lady has been appearing to Mirjana to intercede for non-believers. Usually, Mirjana does not communicate a message following these apparitions but this month Mirjana wrote the message she had received and asked that it be translated in front of the people present. This is the English translation:- 

"I need you! I am calling you! I need your help! Reconcile with yourself, with God, with your neighbours. In this way you will help me. Convert the non–believers. Wipe the tears from my face!"

November 25th, 2004 "Dear children! At this time, I call you all to pray for my intentions. Especially, little children, pray for those who have not yet come to know the love of God and do not seek God the Savior. You, little children, be my extended hands and by your example draw them closer to my Heart and the Heart of my Son. God will reward you with graces and every blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

October 25, 2004 "Dear children! This is a time of grace for the family and, therefore, I call you to renew prayer. May Jesus be in the heart of your family. In prayer, learn to love everything that is holy. Imitate the lives of saints so that they may be an incentive and teachers on the way of holiness. May every family become a witness of love in this world without prayer and peace. Thank you for having responded to my call."

May 25, 2004 "Dear children! Also today, I urge you to consecrate yourselves to my Heart and to the Heart of my Son Jesus. Only in this way will you be mine more each day and you will inspire each other all the more to holiness. In this way joy will rule your hearts and you will be carriers of peace and love.  Thank you for having responded to my call."

1. Prayer of Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus*
Jesus, we know that You are merciful and that You have offered Your heart for us. It is crowned with thorns and with our sins. We know that You implore us constantly so that we do not go astray. Jesus, remember us when we are in sin. By means of Your Heart Make all men love one another. Make hate disappear from amongst men. Show us Your love. We all love You and want You to protect us with Your Shepherd's Heart and free us from every sin. Jesus, enter into every heart! Knock, knock at the door of our Heart. Be patient and never desist. We are still closed because we have not understood Your Love. knock continuously. O Good Jesus, make us open or hearts to You at least in the moment we remember Your Passion suffered for us.  Amen

2. Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary*
O Immaculate  Heart of Mary, ardent with goodness, show Your Love towards us. May the flame of Your Heart, O Mary, descend on all mankind. We love You so. Impress true love in our hearts so that we have a continuous desire for You. O Mary, humble and meek of heart, remember us when we are in sin. You know that all men sin. Give us by means of Your Immaculate Heart, spiritual health. Let us always see the goodness of Your Maternal Heart and may we be converted by means of the flame of Your Heart.  Amen.

Message of April 25, 2004 "Dear children! Also today, I call you to live my messages even more strongly in humility and love so that the Holy Spirit may fill you with His grace and strength. Only in this way will you be witnesses of peace and forgiveness. Thank you for having responded to my call."

Message of March 25, 2004 "Dear children! Also today, I call you to open yourselves to prayer. Especially now, in this time of grace, open your hearts, little children, and express your love to the Crucified. Only in this way, will you discover peace, and prayer will begin to flow from your heart into the world. Be an example, little children, and an incentive for the good. I am close to you and I love you all. Thank you for having responded to my call."

Message of January 25, 2004 "Dear children! Also today I call you to pray. Pray, little children, in a special way for all those who have not come to know God's love. Pray that their hearts may open and draw closer to my heart and the Heart of my Son Jesus, so that we can transform them into people of peace and love. Thank you for having responded to my call."
